ISE 2017: Loxit to show mounting solutions and Magic Carpet

1st February 2017Lee MossAudio Visual, Corporate, Lee MossNo Comments

Loxit is highlighting its HI-LO® Mono range of electric height adjustable display lifts, the HI-LO ® Screenlift 750 range and the eye-catching Magic Carpet at ISE next week. The HI-LO® Mono family consists of the HI-LO® Mono Wall Mount, the HI-LO® Mono Floor Mount and the HI-LO® Mono Trolley Mount, all of which are available as fixed height or electronically adjustable solutions.

The fully loaded HI-LO® Mono wall mount is seriously strong with an electronic lift mechanism that is capable of moving screens up to 84” diameter, weighing up to 130kg, through 500 or 600mm of vertical travel.

The stylish fully loaded HI-LO® Mono floor mount comes in a sleek yet incredibly strong single column design making it ideal for a professional installation of a large format screen. The electronic lift mechanism is also capable of moving screens up to 84” diameter, weighing up to 130kg, through 500 or 600mm of vertical travel while its base plate includes 4 holes to accommodate heavy duty (10mm bolt) fixings.

The smart design of the fully loaded HI-LO® Mono Trolley Mount takes all the attributes of the floor and wall mount and combines them into a highly portable trolley.

The HI-LO® Mono range is now BIGGER, with heavy-duty products (floor, wall and trolley) that utilise twin motor columns and a slightly wider base plate for strength and stability. The twin columns spread the load of the screen, keeping the footprint small and the unit balanced.

The electronic lift mechanism of the heavy-duty products are capable of moving screens up to 105” diameter, weighing up to 170kg, through 500 or 600mm of vertical travel.

Also on show at ISE is a fixed wall mount for Microsoft Surface Hub. This easy to install, heavy-duty device features screw down mounts to prevent the screen being dislodged. It can support screens up to 130kg with a maximum VESA mount pattern of 1200mm x 600mm; its high-quality steel construction ensures a sturdy screen mount to suit the 84” Surface Hub touchscreen.

Loxit will also be demonstrating its electric HI-LO® Screenlift 750 range. The stylish design of the mount, which provides 750mm height adjustment for screens up to 84″ and 130kg in weight, belies its robust steel construction, which is powder coated in black to create a highly durable finish.

The lightweight, mobile solution features individually locking, easy glide high-quality twin-castor wheels, ensuring it is easy to move. The trolley base is designed to easily fit through standard doorways. It also provides easy access for touchscreen use and allows wheelchair users full access.

Magic Carpet, a stunning app-based interactive projection system that stimulates and engages people of all ages and abilities, will also be at ISE 2017. Designed for use in a wide variety of environments, including education and corporate spaces, Magic Carpet features a motion capture camera that tracks users as they move over the projected apps. This movement data informs the software of the speed, direction and location of the movement. The software then converts this data into dynamic audio-visual feedback, which users experience as the effect of their movements.

Magic Carpet is supplied as a fully integrated system and is available in two form factors: a neat height adjustable portable system providing variable sized projection image and a fixed ceiling installation.

With 500 apps arranged into 25 easily navigable categories, 35 customisable app templates and 5,000 media assets for making your own activities, the opportunities for creativity with Magic Carpet are virtually limitless.
