The Explore Floor was part of the £2.7 million Growing Minds project undertaken by Kensington Prep to change its teaching in line with the pedagogical ideals within the school. The desire was to encourage students to be creative thinkers, risk takers and to enable them to collaborate on projects to develop their self-enquiry and independent learning skills.
We were invited into Kensington Prep in south-west London to create a video showcasing what a unique resource the Explore Floor is. The team unobtrusively captured the Explore Floor in action and carried out interviews with staff and students. This was then edited down to create a snappy, engaging piece of content that is both informative and accurate.
