Project Brief
When CDEC required a new booking system for client RM Education, they turned to us to design a solution. The intention was for RM account managers to be able to enter a new booking onto the system and track its progress. Working closely with the team at CDEC, we defined the necessary sections and information required to book an installation and the different user roles, as well as ensuring the correct people would be notified at the correct point in a new job being added. Awe Creative then collated user guides for use by CDEC and RM employees to ensure a smooth transition to adopting the new system. The intention is to roll this out for other clients; additional features such as an engineer sign off are also being considered.
